2.3 CONSULTATION WITH
CAPTAINS
Before the toss
The Governing Body responsible for the match will insist that each captain's nominations (written) are presented to the meeting of captains and umpires
The nominations may also include provision for names and ages of U19 players to be written because there may be bowling and batting helmet restrictions placed upon young players
Immediately after the toss, the umpires must be told the result of the toss and which side is batting
