2.10 UMPIRES CHANGING ENDS
When a match is one innings per side, the umpires will stay at the same end of the ground throughout the match
In a two-innings match, the umpires will change ends after the side batting second has completed an innings
A forfeited innings is deemed to be complete
A completed innings is described in Law 13
