18.2 RUNS DISALLOWED
Any instruction, in any Law, to disallow runs or penalties takes priority over any instruction that permits runs A Law might say that, in certain circumstances, a boundary is scored. That Law might make no reference to the boundary being disallowed. If, however, some other Law says that no runs shall be scored following an offence, then, if the offence has been committed, the boundary would not be scored.
