41.5 DELIBERATE DISTRACTION, DECEPTION OR OBSTRUCTION OF BATSMAN

Neither batsman can be dismissed from the delivery

The bowler's end umpire will
    award 5 Penalty runs to the batting side in addition to the run in progress and completed runs

    inform the fielding captain of the reason for his action

    the batting captain will be informed as soon as possible

    the ball will not count in the over

    the batsmen will decide who faces the next delivery in the over

    with colleague inform the Executive and Governing Body as soon after the game as possible
If any obstruction involves physical conduct, the umpires need to decide whether it is an offence under Law 42 (Player's conduct)
