41.5 DELIBERATE DISTRACTION, DECEPTION OR OBSTRUCTION OF BATSMAN

The obstruction, deception or distraction can be a physical act or given verbally

The umpires must decide whether the action was deliberate or accidental

If accidental no action can be taken

Either umpire will call Dead ball if he considers that there has been
    a deliberate attempt to distract either batsmen
           or
    deception by a fielder
           or
    obstruction of either batsmen
after the striker has received the ball
