The 6th delivery is a No ball hit for 2 runs

There is an extra ball delivered
17.3 VALIDITY OF BALLS

A ball that is delivered by the bowler will count in the over unless
    it is considered dead or called dead before the striker has had a chance to play it (Law 20)

    it is a No ball (Law 21)

    it is a Wide ball (Law 22)

    it is called dead by the umpire under Law 20 for serious injury, unfair play, striker not ready, etc

    when batting penalty runs are awarded for offences
It is possible to gain a dismissal and the ball does not count in the over for example a stumping from a wide ball
