28.6 MOVEMENT BY FIELDERS (Significant movement)

Minor movements are acceptable if a close fielder
partially rises from a crouched position
          or
partially lowers himself into a crouched position
as the bowler runs up to deliver the ball

Fielders in the outfield are allowed to
move forward nearer to the striker

in a straight line (not sidewards nor away from the striker)
as the bowler runs up to deliver the ball

However, after the ball has been released by the bowler, a fielder may move to a new position if it is in reaction to the striker's intended shot

If any fielder transgresses, either umpire will call and signal Dead ball

Movement by the wicket-keeper is described in Law 27.4
