28.2 FIELDING THE BALL

the ball becomes automatically dead
the penalty for a No ball or Wide will stand
any runs completed by the batters shall be credited to the batting side plus the run in progress if the batters had crossed at the instant of the offence
5 Penalty runs are awarded to the batting side
