33.2 FAIR CATCH
Having touched his bat, the ball must not have touched the ground at any time prior to it being caught
The striker can be caught off the bat
including the hand holding the bat
or
any part of the glove on the hand holding the bat
A catch is valid after a lawful second contact with the ball and the ball did not touch the ground between contacts
If either strike is with the bat a catch can be made and the other contact can include the striker's person
