41.7 BOWLING OF DANGEROUS AND UNFAIR NON-PITCHING DELIVERIES

High full pitched balls (Beamer)

The umpire does not have to take into account the speed of the delivery:
    ANY delivery, fast or slow, which passes or would have passed the striker on the full above waist height when standing upright at the popping crease

    If the batsman hits the ball it can still be considered dangerous

The width of the ball is not considered and even if it satisfies the criteria for a Wide it will still be a No ball
