41.10 BATSMAN WASTING TIME
The striker should always be ready to face the next delivery when the bowler is ready to start his run up
The batsmen should not take excessive time with their discussions between balls or overs
If the umpire thinks the batsman are wasting time, a quiet word will usually be accepted
If the umpires need to take official action, the captain should be informed that it is a TEAM offence and is cumulative throughout the innings
