38.2 BATTER NOT RUN OUT


There are a number of occasions when the conditions are satisfied for a Run out dismissal but the batter will be Not out
    A throw-in from a fielder may cause the batter to leave his ground to avoid injury

    The bowler cannot directly Run out the non-striker after entering his delivery stride

    The non-striker cannot be given out if the striker hits the non-striker's wicket directly with the ball unless a fielder has touched the ball
