38.2 BATTER NOT RUN OUT

There are a number of occasions when the conditions are satisfied for a Run out dismissal but the batter will be Not out
The striker may be out of his ground and deceived by a No ball which goes on to remove the bails but he is not attempting a run

When a No ball is delivered, the batter can only be Run out by a fielder or combination of fielders (fielder & wicket-keeper), never by the wicket-keeper alone
