13.3 COMPLETED INNINGS
A side's innings is deemed to be completed if:

the batting side is all out
at the fall of a wicket or retirement, there are further balls to be bowled but no further batsman is available
the batting captain declares his innings closed (NOTE the regulations may not allow declarations)
the captain of the side about to bat forfeits his innings
the agreed number of overs have been bowled
the agreed time has been reached
