20.4 UMPIRE CALLING AND
SIGNALLING
9 The umpires will intervene if
a fielder deliberately distracts or obstructs a batter (Law 41.5) 10 The umpires are satisfied that the ball in play cannot be recovered (Similar to the Lost ball Law which has been withdrawn) 11 If the umpires consider that either side has been disadvantaged by a person, animal or other object within the field of play.
