42.4 LEVEL 3 OFFENCES
AND ACTION BY UMPIRES
If such an offence is committed by a not out batter
If such an offence is committed by a not out batter

he shall be replaced by another batter
the offending batter may return when he has served his suspension but only when a wicket falls
If no batter is available to bat during the offender's suspension, the innings is completed and the offending batter is recorded as Retired - not out
