42.6 CAPTAIN REFUSING TO
REMOVE A PLAYER FROM THE FIELD
If a captain refuses to obey an umpire's instruction, the match will be awarded to the opposition - Law 16.3 (Umpires awarding a match)
If both captains refuse to obey an umpire's instruction, the umpires will instruct all players to leave the field
The match is not concluded - Law 12.9 (Conclusion of match) and there will be no result - Law 16 (The result)
