42.7 ADDITIONAL POINTS RELATING TO LEVEL 3 & 4 OFFENCES

If a wicket-keeper commits a Level 3 or 4 offence, only a nominated player may act as a wicket-keeper, a substitute is not allowed to act as a wicket-keeper is this situation

A player who has a substitute or runner will also suffer the penalty for any Level 3 or 4 offence committed by the substitute or runner

However, only the runner or substitute will be reported
