24.2 FIELDER ABSENT OR LEAVING THE FIELD OF PLAY
A bowler will not be allowed to bowl, until he has been back on the field for the same period of absent time called Penalty time which cannot exceed 90 minutes
The time lost for an unexpected break in play shall be counted as time on the field
If a Level 3 offence under Law 42.4 (Player's conduct) is committed by a fielder, the period of time spent off the field of play as a result of the suspension shall not be added to any unserved Penalty time if he comes back on the field at the end of the suspension period
If the player does not return to the field at the end of the suspension period, then the entire period of his absence will be treated as Penalty time
