12.11 BOWLER UNABLE TO COMPLETE AN OVER DURING LAST HOUR OF MATCH
If a bowler is unable to complete any over in the last hour of a match, the fielding captain will be instructed to select another bowler to complete the over
The selected bowler must not have bowled the previous over and must not bowl the next over
The two parts of the over will count as one over when determining the minimum overs to be bowled
