21.2 FAIR DELIVERY - THE ARM

If a delivery is deemed to be a throw by EITHER umpire, he shall call and signal No ball

It is normal practice for the striker's end umpire to observe the bowler's action and he would call and signal No ball

When the ball is dead, the bowler's end umpire will repeat the signal to the scorers

When the ball is dead, the umpire who called No ball will inform his colleague of the reason for the call

The bowler's end umpire will then take the following action .......
