12.6 NUMBER OF OVERS

The Last hour and its calculations only apply to
    timed matches, sometimes called declaration matches

    matches in which there is a condition in the match regulations, that fixes a time for the close of play on the last day of the match
It does not apply to matches in which innings are limited by a number of overs
