20.4 UMPIRE CALLING AND SIGNALLING
1 Either umpire intervenes in a case of unfair play
If an umpire sees a case of unfair play he will call and signal Dead ball thus bringing play to a halt before he deals with the situation
Either umpire has the authority to intervene even if the action in question is not covered by any existing Law for example interference by a spectator
