20.1 BALL IS DEAD
7 When an act of illegal fielding occurs
If a fielder uses part of his clothing or the discarded glove of the wicket-keeper to field the ball this constitutes an act of illegal fielding
5 penalty runs will be awarded
Also if the ball hits clothing or equipment deliberately discarded by a member of the fielding side then this also constitutes illegal fielding
5 penalty runs will be awarded
8 When the ball strikes the discarded helmet of a member of the fielding side
5 penalty runs will be awarded
