42.3 LEVEL 2 OFFENCES
AND ACTION BY UMPIRES
If such an offence is committed, the following actions shall be implemented
If such an offence is committed, the following actions shall be implemented

the umpire shall call Time
the offending player's captain should be informed that an offence has been committed
award 5 Penalty runs to the opposing team
warn the captain that any further Level 1 offence by any member of the team shall result in the awarding of 5 Penalty runs
If the Level 1 offence follows any Level offence, the umpire shall award 5 Penalty runs to the opposing team
recommence the match with the call of Play
report the offence to the Executive of the offending side and the Governing Body responsible for the match
