Bonus points
Extra points are awarded in league competitions to a team
on the basis of its batting and bowling
performances.
Examples are 1 batting bonus point for scoring 100 runs,
2 for 130 runs, 3 for 160 runs,
4 for 190 runs and the maximum 5 for 220 runs.
1 bowling bonus point may be awarded after
taking 2 wickets, 2 points after taking 4 wickets,
up to a maximum of 5 points for taking all 10 wickets.
