When the conditions for Stumped are satisfied, those for Run out are automatically satisfied
Stumped will over-ride Run out
The umpire at the striker's end will adjudicate on stumping decisions
He must decide whether the striker moves out of his ground to attempt a run (Run out) or to play the ball (Stumped)
