16.5 ALL OTHER MATCHES - A TIE OR DRAW


A draw will occur if
    the required numbers of overs have been bowled

    the agreed time has been reached

    ground, weather and light conditions mean that play cannot continue
but
    the other forms of result (Win, Tie, Match Conceded, Match Awarded) have not been achieved
This type of result can occur in a two-innings (Match H) or one-innings match (Match I)

The result of a match shall be a Draw when it is not determined in any of the ways stated in 16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 16.4, 16.5.1, or when Law 42.6.2 (Captain refusing to remove a player from the field) is applied (October 2022)
