All out, Bowled out

When the batting side are 'all out', their innings is completed. This means when all ten wickets have fallen

If a team has a player who has been injured and is unable to bat, or perhaps have had to play with ten players in a match, then that side's innings is completed when nine wickets have fallen

As far as the Laws of Cricket are concerned, this is not quite the same as being all out, but many competitions regards it as though it were the same, often for the purpose of awarding bonus points.
