2.8 SUSPENSION OF PLAY IN DANGEROUS OR UNREASONABLE CONDITIONS
Overriding decision
Under the 2010 Laws, the captains have NO right to decide whether the conditions are fit or unfit
However, the umpires must suspend play immediately if conditions are unreasonable or dangerous
If play is not taking place, the umpires must delay the restart until conditions improve
